Naia Resort and Spa is committed to putting the safety of our guests, residents and associates as our number one priority. At Naia, we have always taken great pride in our highly personalized approach to hospitality, as well as our attention to detail and service. We have now taken this same commitment and applied it to enhancing our health and safety protocols not only to meet, but to exceed the requirements of the Belize Tourism Board’s (BTB) Gold Standard Certification.
We have implemented a comprehensive program with enhanced protocols for food safety, sanitation of surfaces and hand and respiratory hygiene–for both guests and staff–within our Spa, Housekeeping, Guest Services, Food and Beverage and Security departments. These measures all conform to international standards set by the US Center for Disease Control and Prevention, the World Health Organization, Belize’s Ministry of Health, and Belize Tourism Board.
