Belize Vacation Giveaway

This Contest is sponsored by Naia Resort and Spa, Placencia, Belize. 

Eligibility:

The Naia Resort and Spa Photo Contest is open to anyone who is eighteen (18) years or older at the time of entry. Employees and their immediate family members (spouse, parents, siblings, and children) and Affiliates of Naia Resort & Spa are not eligible.

Agreement to Official Rules:

By participating in the Contest, Entrants agree to abide by and be bound by these Official Rules and the resort’s decisions, which are final and binding in all matters relating to the Contest.

Rules:

Photos entered must be of your “Naia experience” or “Take me to Naia” such as, but not limited to:

• Selfies at the resort
• Highlights of your stay
• Scenes around the resort
• Your accommodations
• Activities and attractions at the resort 
• Dining/foods/drinks
• Picture of you holding a sign “Take me to Naia” or “I want to go to Naia”

All photos must be original work, taken by the entrants. No third party may own or control any materials the photo contains, and the photo must not infringe upon the trademark, copyright, moral rights, intellectual rights, or rights of privacy of any entity or person.

The photo must be in its original state and cannot be altered in any way, including but not limited to removing, adding, reversing, or distorting subjects within the frame.

Only one (1) entry per person is allowed.

Entries will not be accepted unless submitted via the official contest channel. Entries not submitted through the proper channel will be deleted.

By entering the contest, entrants agree that photos submitted become the exclusive property of Naia Resort and Spa and can be used for advertising purposes.

Voting is limited to once daily.

Violators will be removed from the Contest.

The Contest is void where prohibited or restricted by law.

Deadline:

This photo contest ends on Friday November 18th, 2022, at midnight.

Drawing and Notification:

One (1) winner will be picked based on the photo with the most votes/likes. All decisions are final and binding. Naia Resort and Spa reserves the right to disqualify any entry that is deemed inappropriate or does not conform to stated contest rules.

The winner will be contacted via the email address provided during entry. If no response is received after three (3) business days, a new winner will be selected, and the previous winner will forfeit all rights to the prize.

Grand Prize and Prize Conditions:

There will be one (1) Grand Prize awarded following the conclusion of the promotional period. The Grand Prize Winner, upon confirmation of eligibility, will receive 3 nights stay for 2 persons at Naia Resort and Spa. Prize includes room-only stay in our Studio Beach House, transfer from Placencia Airstrip, daily continental breakfast for 2, 1 Romantic Dinner on the Beach for 2, 1 Sunrise or Sunset Lagoon Kayaking Tour for 2, 1 Private Yoga Session for 2, complimentary Wi-Fi, kayaks, paddleboards, and bicycles, and all hotel taxes. Note: International airfare is not included. The Grand Prize will be issued in the form of a prize certificate. Prize is subject to availability. Blackout dates apply.

The approximate retail value of this prize trip is $1,750USD. The Grand Prize is not redeemable for cash. No substitution, assignment, or transfer of the prize is permitted, except by Naia Resort and Spa, who reserves the right to substitute the prize or prize component with another of comparable or greater value.
